If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

Services

Innova Tech AI provides client acquisition and revenue growth solutions for automotive businesses, including but not limited to appointment management systems, customer communication tools, follow-up automation, and marketing support for services such as ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, and related automotive offerings.

Services may include SMS and email notifications, landing page forms, analytics, and customer support communications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use our services.

Accounts and Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when engaging with our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and for all activity conducted through your account or communication channels associated with you.

Fees and Payment

All fees are disclosed in written agreements, proposals, or invoices. Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable.

SMS, A2P Messaging, and Communications Consent

Business Description:
Innova Tech AI sends SMS messages related to appointment notifications, reminders, follow-ups, customer support, and promotional marketing for automotive business growth services, including ceramic coating, PPF, window tinting, and related offerings.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 786-744-3962. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply.

You will receive messages based on your engagement and service activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to engaging in unlawful activity, sending spam, reselling services without authorization, attempting to interfere with system functionality, or violating applicable laws or regulations.

All content, software, branding, trademarks, and materials provided by Innova Tech AI are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innova Tech AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innova Tech AI, Adverse Mindware LLC, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of our systems. Upon termination, your access to services will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
